The Valley Hope Foundation is preparing for its Second Annual “Hopping for Hope” Easter Event, a large community celebration that brings families together for games, prizes, music, and thousands of Easter eggs filled with surprises.

Before the fun begins, volunteers are needed to help transform the event space and prepare for an incredible day that will bring smiles and laughter to children throughout the region.

This is a great opportunity for volunteers from the YMCA community to come together and help create a welcoming and exciting environment for local families.

Volunteer Roles

Event Setup Volunteers

Volunteers will assist with preparing the event space for the celebration. Tasks may include:

• Setting up activity areas and games

• Organizing Easter eggs and event supplies

• Preparing tables and welcome areas

• Decorating event spaces

• Assisting the event team with general setup needs

No special skills are required—just a willingness to help and bring positive energy to the team.
