Volunteers age 18 and up support the YMCA’s teen Leaders Club by assisting the staff facilitator during meetings and activities.
Volunteers help create a welcoming, positive space where middle and high school teens can grow as leaders, serve their community, and build confidence.
You’ll join in group discussions, guide small-group projects, and model the Y’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility while encouraging teens to do the same.
