Volunteers sanitize surfaces, sweep, mop, take out trash, tidy outdoor spaces, and clean bathrooms.
This group effort ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who comes to AHOPE the next day.
We’d love volunteers to join us from 1:30p - 3:00pm to complete their service and ensure that the center is prepared for the next day.
AHOPE is the only day center for people experiencing homelessness in the region. AHOPE provides services including showers, coffee, mail services, and storage of personal belongings for an average 172 people a day.
Above it all, AHOPE is also the first step on the journey back to permanent housing. Volunteers are critical to the successful operation of AHOPE.
