Overview
Help us get everything ready for the final reveal! In this hands-on volunteer event, we’ll be sorting through donated items, organizing supplies, and prepping everything that will go into the Serenity Room at TC Roberson High School!
This is a great opportunity if you love organizing, working behind the scenes, or helping set the stage for something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
Unpack and sort donated items and supplies
Light Paint touch-ups (if needed)

Inventory materials for the room (snacks, décor, essentials)

Group and label items for easy staging

Light cleanup and supply organization
**Possibility of moving light furniture
No heavy lifting required — just an eye for order and a helpful spirit
What to Wear

Age & Physical Requirements
Ages: Volunteers age 12+ welcome with an adult

Physical: Light lifting, standing, sorting — low impact tasks available
