Overview
Help us get everything ready for the final reveal! In this hands-on volunteer event, we’ll be sorting through donated items, organizing supplies, and prepping everything that will go into the Serenity Room at Haw Creek Elementary!
This is a great opportunity if you love organizing, working behind the scenes, or helping set the stage for something meaningful.
Dates & Shifts
This will be a two hour shift event.
What You’ll Do
Unpack and sort donated items and supplies
Light Paint touch-ups (if needed)

Inventory materials for the room (snacks, décor, essentials)

Group and label items for easy staging

Light cleanup and supply organization
**Possibility of moving light furniture
No heavy lifting required — just an eye for order and a helpful spirit
What to Wear

Comfortable clothes and shoes

Closed-toe shoes recommended
Age & Physical Requirements
Ages: Volunteers age 12+ welcome with an adult

Physical: Light lifting, standing, sorting — low impact tasks available
