Overview
Help us get everything ready for the final reveal! In this hands-on volunteer event, we’ll be sorting through donated items, organizing supplies, and prepping everything that will go into the Serenity Room at Fairview Elementary.
This is a great opportunity if you love organizing, working behind the scenes, or helping set the stage for something meaningful.
Dates & Shifts
We’re working in 2-hour blocks — sign up for one or more
What You’ll Do
Unpack and sort donated items and supplies

Inventory materials for the room (snacks, décor, essentials)

Group and label items for easy staging

Light cleanup and supply organization
No heavy lifting required — just an eye for order and a helpful spirit
What to Wear

Comfortable clothes and shoes

Closed-toe shoes recommended
Age & Physical Requirements
Ages: Volunteers age 12+ welcome with an adult

Physical: Light lifting, standing, sorting — low impact tasks available
