Overview
Help us bring a fresh, calming space to life for the incredible staff at North Buncombe Elementary! Volunteers will assist with prep (cleaning, taping, light patchwork) and painting (cutting in, rolling walls) to help transform the Teacher Serenity Room into a space for rest and renewal.
Your time and effort will directly bless the educators who pour into our students every day
Dates & Shifts
We’re working in 2-hour blocks — sign up for one or more
What You’ll Do
During your shift, you may help with a mix of prep and painting tasks, including:

Light wall cleaning and dusting

Taping trim and edges
-
Patching small nail holes
-
Cutting in around trim and corners
-
Rolling paint on walls
-
Light clean-up after painting
No experience needed — we’ll guide you every step of the way!
Age & Physical Requirements

Ages: Volunteers age 14+ are welcome with an adult

Physical: Includes standing, bending, light lifting — let us know if you prefer a lower-impact task
