Early Shift (Set the Stage)
- Help with event setup and parking coordination
- Welcome vendors and assist with booth setup
- YMCA Booth support
- Main Stage Organization and Cleanlines
All Shifts (Be in the Action)
- Greet families and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
- Support activities like bounce houses, games, and YMCA booths
- Help keep event spaces organized and running smoothly
Late Shift (Finish Strong)
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup to wrap up a great day
- Vendor and Attendee greeting
- YMCA Booth support
- Main Stage Organization and Cleanliness
