We are Montmorenci United Methodist Church: an inclusive, missional, ‘lighthouse’ congregation in Candler, North Carolina. Since our founding in 1857, we’ve been committed to loving deeply, serving boldly, and welcoming everyone—whether longtime believers or spiritual seekers. Rooted in our United Methodist heritage, we care for our neighbors through outreach programs like our Free Community Market and Community Meal. In all we do: we Welcome All. Serve All. Love All.

We seek to live lovingly and justly as servants of Jesus Christ by healing the sick, feeding the hungry, caring for the stranger, freeing the oppressed, being a compassionate presence, and working to develop social structures that are consistent with the gospel.
