Our YMCA Cozy Kit Assembly Party invites members to transform donated items into complete Cozy Kits that will be distributed to neighbors facing cold weather and limited resources.
You’ll work alongside fellow members to sort, select, and assemble one-gallon kits filled with essentials like hand warmers, hygiene items, and personal comfort products.
Every kit you help build becomes a direct gesture of care for someone who needs it most.
This is a fun, upbeat, team-style volunteer opportunity—perfect for individuals (18+), families(all ages welcomed), groups and anyone who wants to make a meaningful difference in a short amount of time.
What Volunteers Will Do:
• Sort donated Cozy Kit items
• Assemble complete kits using approved items
• Ensure each bag is packed with care and ready for community distribution
• Help organize finished kits for delivery partners
