The YMCA Afterschool Program at W.D. Williams Elementary is seeking volunteers to lead weekly fiber arts activities for elementary-aged children.
Volunteers will work with small groups of students at the same time each week, guiding them through simple, hands-on fiber arts projects that build creativity, focus, and confidence.

What You’ll Do

Teach basic fiber arts techniques (no formal teaching experience required)

Support children as they work through projects

Serve as a positive, dependable presence for students
Time Commitment

Once per week, same day and time

60–90 minutes per session
