Support an important youth wellness initiative by providing meals for teens participating in Teen Mental Health First Aid training at the Reuter YMCA. These trainings equip young people with skills to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges — and having a shared meal creates a welcoming, supportive environment for learning and connection.
Volunteers help make this experience possible by ensuring participants and facilitators are nourished and cared for during each session.
What Volunteers Will Do
-
Provide and deliver dinner for up to 20 teens and 3 facilitators
