Volunteers during this time may be asked to assist with the following tasks:
- Slicing and dicing fruits,
- vegetables, and meat
- Making salads, sandwiches, and other cold food items.
- Preparing Recipes
- Labeling and putting away produce shipments
- Putting Away supply shipments
- Organizing Storage Areas
- Dishwashing
- Dish Drying
- Breaking Down Boxes
- Cleaning up Food Truck
- Cleaning up Airstream & Prepping for Serving
- Sweeping & Mopping
- Taking out Trash
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our community has shown grace, grit, and care. Still Standing is both a celebration of resilience and an opportunity to come together—to remember, to heal, and to build toward the future.
What to Expect:
- Free cookout-style meals served by Blunt Kitchen
- Live music, games & family activities
- Helene Bingo & 50/50 raffle (proceeds support future community meals)
