Serve as a Mentor with Aspire Youth & Family to provide consistent encouragement, guidance, and support to youth participants. Mentors help young people build confidence, social skills, and academic motivation.
What You’ll Do

Meet regularly with assigned youth to build trusting relationships

Provide encouragement, support, and guidance tailored to the young person’s needs

Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth

Act as a positive adult role model and advocate
