Each Monday afternoon, the YMCA Nutrition Hub in Woodfin receives a food delivery from MANNA FoodBank — and we need dependable volunteers to help unload and move inventory that supports families across our community. This is hands-on, active volunteer work. You’ll help unload pallets of canned goods, produce, and bulk food items (including bags up to 50 lbs). If you enjoy physical activity and want to make an immediate, tangible impact, this opportunity is for you. Think of it as a group workout with purpose.
